Vern Services, LLC ("Vern Services," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through vernservices.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Appointment requests. Attorney and firm details, State Bar number, contact information, case details (cause number, court, county, judge, hearing date), property details, notes, and any draft order you upload.
• Document downloads. Your name, firm, email, phone, and county when you request our order provisions.
• Messages. Whatever you send through the contact form.
• Site usage. Anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics do not identify you.

How we use it

To evaluate and respond to appointment requests, check for conflicts, send you the documents you asked for, answer your questions, and keep records of our work. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us run the site

Kilde Labs, LLC, an affiliated company, provides our technology services. Our site is hosted by Vercel, form data and uploaded documents are stored with Supabase, email is delivered by Resend, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps block automated spam. These providers process information only to provide their services to us.

We may share information when required by law or court order, or to protect our rights. Information about a case may be shared with counsel and the Court as part of a receivership.

How long we keep it

We keep appointment requests and case documents as long as needed for the case and our records. Download and contact records are kept while they are useful for responding to you. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

Security

Submissions and uploads are stored privately and are accessible only to us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please don't send anything through the site that you would not send by ordinary email.
