Fees
One published fee schedule
Fees are paid from the sale proceeds at closing. The only money the parties put up before then is the cost deposit, and it's credited back at closing.
| Item | Amount | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Receiver fee | 1.5% of the gross sales price | $3,500 minimum, $15,000 maximum. Paid from proceeds at closing. |
| Extraordinary services | $300 per hour | Court appearances, testimony, depositions, contested possession, or work outside the order at counsel's request. |
| Receivership ends before closing | $1,500 minimum | Applies if the receivership ends after we qualify but before closing, or as the Court sets. |
| Travel | IRS standard mileage rate | Only for properties outside Williamson and Travis counties, measured from Round Rock, Texas. |
| Out-of-pocket costs | At cost, no markup | Receipts are included in the final accounting. |
| Cost deposit | Set in the order | Split between the parties and credited back at closing. |
| Brokerage commission | Set in the listing agreement | Disclosed in the order and separate from the receiver fee. |
The receiver fee is the same no matter which brokerage lists the property.
